Beware, Google Wave Invitation Counterfeit was circulating

Google has a new online tool, namely Google’s Wave, which allows users to communicate and collaborate real-time. However, its use is limited. You must be invited before they can use that service. So anyone looking for invitations Google Wave.

Google Popularity Wave is, as reported Symantec Security Response, has been used by scammers. They trap people who want to join Google Wave with Google’s invitation promising Wave and money if they sell the invitation to others.

Of course this is mere fabrication. Application offering that scammers are actually malware. googlewaveinvitegenerator.exe for example, is actually malware Backdoor.Tidserv.

So be careful if you receive a posting on the forums on the Web, including Twitter Microblog. Do not click on any links provided if you do not feel sure of the truth.

Wi-Fi Direct Technology comes, Bluetooth will be unrivaled

Wi-Fi Aliance announced a new standard for wireless communications network that allows two electronic devices directly connected to each other peer to peer without going through the access point or router. Specification of this technology will become a direct rival to Bluetooth.

Devices that already support Wi-Fi Direct will be able to notify its status to another device and check the status of other devices such as Bluetooth. Download new antivirus – Microsoft Security Essential

Microsoft apparently did not want to stop in to innovate. After their latest search engine, Bing, is struggling to win the first position of Google, Microsoft will re-enter the battle antivirus products immediately released Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE).

Finally, Microsoft also open sound of the official launch date of Windows 7. Bill Veghte (Ssenior Vice President for Microsoft’s Windows business) said the company is “confident that they will deliver Windows Windows 7 to its partners on 22 October.”  It was the first date of Windows 7 will officially be announced. But unfortunately, Veghte did not disclose the price structure of the operating system.
